Anti-bribery & Ethics Statement

Gibson Marine Electrical Ltd operates with zero tolerance for bribery, facilitation payments or any conduct that would compromise fair, safe delivery of marine electrical works.

Commitment

Gifts & Hospitality

Token hospitality (e.g. refreshments) is acceptable when proportionate and declared. Monetary gifts or anything that could influence decisions must be politely declined and reported.

Conflicts of Interest

We identify potential conflicts before accepting work. Any personal relationships with sub-contractors or suppliers are disclosed to the client and alternative arrangements provided when necessary.

Reporting Concerns

Suspected bribery, fraud, coercion or unethical behaviour must be reported immediately to Dan Gibson via dan@gibsonmarineelectrical.co.uk. All concerns are investigated confidentially without retaliation.

Training & Review

This statement is reviewed annually or when legislation changes. All personnel and subcontractors engaged by Gibson Marine Electrical Ltd must acknowledge and follow these standards before deployment.
